Body Peace

I have few, if any, early memories of feeling comfortable in my own skin. When people yearn for the “carefree” days of childhood, I just think of the girl who was told to eat less and exercise more in order to look like everyone else.

I am on a mission to reconcile the deep rooted self-hate I have held for over 2 decades. I am hoping to get more women on board with the notion that body peace is a separate entity from body weight and should be developed independently of it. A major feat indeed, but I a possible one.
